Field of View (FoV) Fix
To fix the FoV in S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl, follow these detailed steps:
- Unzip the Universal UE Unlocker (UUU) files.
- Run the IGCSClient.exe file to launch the UUU interface.
- Start S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl.
- Within the UUU interface, select the S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2 process and click on ‘Inject DLL’.
- Navigate to the ‘Configuration’ tab and locate the ‘Aspect ratio axis constraint method’ setting at the bottom left. Select ‘Maintain Y (vertical) FoV’.
- In the game’s display options, set the aspect ratio to 16:9. While this may not be the ideal setting for ultrawide screens, it allows for a playable experience.
- Set ‘Fullscreen Exclusive’ in the game’s settings.
- If necessary, repeat steps 4 and 5 to ensure the changes have taken effect.
